The mayor of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski has made an accusation of improper behaviour of Stal-export to the stock market. Katowice based metals concern Stal-export was the joint owner of a steel mill in Ostrowiec along with the local authorities. Things went sour when the plant closed. The Katowice firm in turn is claiming PLN80m from the local council.
