The Swedish Vattenfall and the German RWE are the favourites in the forthcoming tender to take a stake in Warsaw based energy distributor Stoen. Nonetheless a number of Polish companies could try their hand either alone or in a consortium with others. Names which are being mentioned include Bartimpex, Kulczyk Holding, PKE and PGNiG.
