Wiener Städtische against consolidation
Christian Brandstetter, the person responsible for the development of Wiener Städtische in Poland says that there will no mergers in the next 18 months between Compensa and Heros nor between Vienna Life and Compensa Życia. The Austrian company now wants to develop its property insurance company and its life products will complement their range. Wiener Städtische is the largest shareholder of property insurer Heros as well as Vienna Life and last month bought alongside the German HUK Coburg Compensa and Compensa Życia from Hamburg Mannheimer.
