Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The 20 share blue chips index rose to its new record on Friday.
It seemed that the WIG20 index had to end up today after seven days of consolidation. The Polish market received positive signal from the Wall Street – Dow Jones rose to its new record in Thursday. However, after a good opening, the index started to fall – within some ten minuets, it dived 100 points. However, it managed to rebound and ended down at 3,410,06 points, or 0.38 percent up. This is its new all-time record!
The future seems bright. In the first hours of trading, the U.S. market was advancing. Hungarian BUX ended 2 percent up. Western European indices were also rising.
