WSE ends up despite decreases in Western Europe

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Warsaw indices grew on Monday despite the fact that stocks were falling on the majority of European exchanges. Analysts expect that on Tuesday, the Polish market will fall if the Wall Street ends down.

Last week, the WSE had fallen more than its European peers. Today, the Polish market did better than other exchanges. The WIG20 rose 1.78 percent to 2,873.23 points while WIG gained 1.32 percent to 46,397.34 points. Shares worth PLN 1.3bn changed hands.

Analysts believe that the market may fall tomorrow if the Wall Street ends down. It was losing during the day. In the longer term, US macro data to be published on Thursday and Friday will influence the WSE.
