Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – According to research made by International airport in Katowice- Pyrzowice, more Czech use this airport than the national one in Ostrava. Management of Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze (GTL) - operator of the airport, wants to attract even more passengers.
Katowice offers not only lower tisketcs and airport charges but also wide set of routes - to 20 airports in Europe, Africa and Asia. GTL has just provided web-site in Check and proposed special promotion programme for neighbours from South. At the first half of 2005 from Katowice flew 456,2 thousand passengers.
