The crisis in the auto industry has hit commercial vehicle manufacturers badly as sales fall and imports grow. The Zasada group, whose flagship brands are Jelcz and Autosan is trying to dispose of surplus property and jobs in an effort to cut costs. It is also counting on a state bail out.
