Cable deal
Włocławek based cable manufacturer Drumet has announced that it intends to buy Radomska based Metalurgia, the largest cable manufacturer in this country. Metalurgia currently belongs to the second national investment fund which is managed by PZU NFI Management.
A decision on the sale will have to be made by the competition and mergers body UOKiK.
