Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - The well-known investor wants his companies to be trusted again. After months of remote supervising, the businessman engages in everyday operations of his companies, hoping to convince the market that it is worthwhile to invest in them.

Ryszard Krauze who directly and indirectly controls Bioton insulin producer, Polnord construction company and Petrolinvest oil firm to list just a few, wants to engage stronger in the companies’ operations.

“Mr. Krauze may also increase his capital engagement”, “PB” source said.

Ryszard Krauze had problems when in August 2007, the land affair broke out. Andrzej Lepper, head of Samoobrona party and then the Minister of Agriculture, was accused for bribery while Ryszard Krauze was accused of warning him that investigation had been launched. The prosecutor’s office wanted to arrest Ryszard Krauze. He went abroad. Now he comes back.

Since August, the stocks of Bioton, Polnord and Petrolinvest have dropped over 30 percent.

“The managements will now have to get the owner’s approval for their strategies and plans. Krauze will thus show the market that what’s going on in his companies is supported by him. The businessman should be a guarantee that the businesses are doing well”, “PB” source added.

Next to listed companies, Ryszard Krauze will engage in the process of listing BDM brokerage as well as new investments.
