Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that the Company received an official notification from Templeton Asset Management Ltd., in behalf of managed funds, that due to market transactions which took place on February 6, 2009 the total number of the Company shares/votes owned by the funds went below 5% of total number of outstanding shares/votes. Before those transactions funds managed by Templeton Asset Management Ltd. had 1 363 442 shares/votes of Automotive Components Europe S.A. Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A. informuje, że Spółka otrzymała oficjalne zawiadomienie od Templeton Asset Management Ltd., w imieniu zarządzanych funduszy, że w wyniku transakcji rynkowych przeprowadzonych w dniu 6 lutego 2009 roku liczba akcji/głosów Spółki będąca w posiadaniu funduszy spadła poniżej 5% ogólnej liczby akcji/głosów. Przed dokonaniem powyższych transakcji fundusze zarządzane przez Templeton Asset Management Ltd. posiadały 1 363 442 akcji/głosów Automotive Components Europe S.A.
