Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. (“Company, ACE S.A.") herby informs that on 18 November 2009, the Company received an official notification from EB Holding S.A.R.L., that due to block of shares transactions on the regulated market, which took place on 16 November and 17 November 2009, the above entity sold its entire shareholding in ACE S.A. On 16 November 2009 EB Holding S.A.R.L. sold 4 800 000 shares while on 17 November 2009 sold 1 735 593 shares. After the above transactions EB Holding S.A.R.L. does not hold directly or indirectly any shares of the Company. Prior to those transactions EB Holding S.A.R.L. held 6 535 593 barer shares/votes (30.78% of the share capital/votes) of Automotive Components Europe S.A. Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A. (Spółka, ACE S.A.) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 18 listopada wpłynęło do Spółki oficjalne zawiadomienie od EB Holding S.A.R.L., że w wyniku przeprowadzonych transakcji pakietowych na rynku regulowanym w dniach 16 i 17 listopada 2009 roku podmiot ten sprzedał wszystkie posiadane przez siebie akcje ACE S.A. W dniu 16 listopada EB Holding S.A.R.L. zbyło 4 800 000 akcji a w dniu 17 listopada 2009 roku zbyło 1 735 593 akcje. Po zrealizowaniu powyższych transakcji EB Holding S.A.R.L. nie posiada bezpośrednio ani pośrednio żadnych akcji Spółki. Przed powyższymi transakcjami EB Holding S.A.R.L. posiadał 6 535 593 akcji na okaziciela/głosów (30.78% kapitału akcyjnego/głosów) Automotive Components Europe S.A.
