Treść raportu:

Zarząd Agory S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje o zamiarze przekazywania w roku obrotowym 2020 skonsolidowanych raportów okresowych w następujących terminach:
I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:
- za pierwszy kwartał 2020 r. - 15 maja 2020 r.
- za trzeci kwartał 2020 r. - 17 listopada 2020 r.
II. Skonsolidowany raport za pierwsze półrocze 2020 r. - 14 sierpnia 2020 r.
III. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2019 r. - 13 marca 2020 r.

Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że:
- na podstawie § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”) nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. W związku z czym skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały kwartalną informację finansową.
- na podstawie § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawionego do badania sprawozdań oraz skróconą informacją dodatkową,
- na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za czwarty kwartał 2019 r. oraz za drugi kwartał 2020 roku,
Wszystkie raporty okresowe zostaną umieszczone na stronie internetowej Spółki www.agora.pl w zakładce Dla inwestorów/raporty.

Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 757)

	2/2020 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020Regulatory filingThe Management Board of Agora S.A. ("Company") announces the publication dates of Agora Group's periodic reports in 2020:I. Consolidated quarterly reports:- quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020 – May 15, 2020.- quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020 – November 17, 2020.II. Interim consolidated report for the first half of 2020 - August 14, 2020III. Annual and consolidated annual report for 2019 – March 13, 2020.The Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Agora Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement.The Company will not publish a separate stand–alone interim report pursuant to § 62 section 3 of the Regulation, either. The consolidated interim report shall include condensed interim report with the report and opinion of independent auditor and condensed additional information.All periodic reports shall be published on Company’s website at www.agora.pl/en in the section Investor Relations.Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2019 and second quarter of 2020 pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation.Legal basis: to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
