Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informuje, że w dniu 10 maja 2007 roku powziął informację o podpisaniu w dniu 27 kwietnia 2007 roku przez American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. aktu założycielskiego Spółki American Restaurants EOOD, z siedzibą w Sofii, Bułgaria.

American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. objęła 2500 udziałów nowej spółki, które stanowią 100% kapitału zakładowego. Wartość nominalna jednego udziału American Restaurants EOOD wynosi 10 Leva. Łączna wartość kapitału zakładowego nowej spółki wynosi 25 tys. Leva (około 48 tys. zł).

American Restaurants EOOD została utworzona w celu otwierania i prowadzenia restauracji na terenie Bułgarii.

	Regulatory Announcement 17/2007 dated 11 May 2007; Establishment of American Restaurants EOOD; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that on 10th May 2007 it was notified that on 27th April 2007 American Restaurants Sp. z o.o., the subsidiary of AmRest, signed the Articles of Association of American Restaurants EOOD based in Sofia, Bulgaria. American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. subscribed 2,500 shares of the new company which constitute 100% of its equity. The nominal value of each American Restaurants EOOD share amounts to BGN 10. The total equity of the new company amounts to BGN 25,000 (about PLN 48 thousand). American Restaurants EOOD has been established to open and operate restaurants in Bulgaria.
