| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 29/2017 z dnia 14 grudnia 2017 r., Zarząd Banku Zachodniego WBK S.A. („Bank") niniejszym przekazuje informację, że w dniu 2 marca 2018 roku Bank powziął informację, iż Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów wydał zgodę na dokonanie koncentracji polegającej na nabyciu wydzielonej części Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. przez Bank („DBPL”) oraz przejęciu przez Bank wyłącznej kontroli nad DB Securities S. A. („Decyzja”). Jednocześnie Bank informuje, że wydanie Decyzji jest jednym z warunków niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia transakcji nabycia wydzielonej części DBPL przez Bank. Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR). |

| 02-03-2018 Current report no. 7/2018 Re.: The President of The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection decision In relation to current report no. 29/2017 dated 14 December 2017, Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces that on 2 March 2018 the Bank was informed that the President of The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has decided to give its consent to a concentration consisting in the acquisition of demerged part of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. by the Bank (“DBPL”) and taking over the sole control over DB Securities S. A. by the Bank (“the Decision”). At the same time the Bank informs that the Decision is one of the conditions necessary for the completion of the transaction of acquiring the demerged part of DBPL. Legal Basis: Art. 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR). |
