| Zarząd spółki Energa SA („Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 16 lipca 2021 roku Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę o odwołaniu z dniem 16 lipca 2021 roku ze składu Zarządu Spółki VI Kadencji Pana Jacka Golińskiego, pełniącego funkcję Prezesa Zarządu. Jednocześnie Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę o powierzeniu z dniem 16 lipca 2021 roku pełnienia obowiązków Prezesa Zarządu Spółki, Wiceprezes Zarządu ds. Korporacyjnych Pani Iwonie Waksmundzkiej-Olejniczak, do czasu powołania nowego Prezesa Zarządu. |

| Current Report No. 27/2021 Date: 16 July 2021 Subject: Changes in the Management Board of Energa SA Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information The Management Board of Energa SA (“Company”) informs that on 16 July 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr. Jacek Goliński performing the function of the President of the Management Board from the Company’s Management Board of the 6th term of office. At the same time the Supervisory Board of the Company entrusted on 16 July 2021 the duties of the President of the Company’s Management Board to Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak, the Vice President of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs, until the appointment of a new President of the Management Board. |
