Treść raportu:

Zarząd ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. („Bank”) informuje, że 23 marca 2017 roku agencja ratingowa Moody’s Investors Service („Moody’s”) zaktualizowała ratingi kredytowe Banku.

Podwyższone zostały następujące ratingi:
1) Długookresowy rating depozytów: do „A2” (perspektywa „Stabilna”) z „A3” (perspektywa „Pozytywna”),
2) Krótkookresowy rating depozytów: do „P-1” z „P-2”,
3) Skorygowana ocena indywidualna (Adjusted BCA): do „baa1” z „baa2”,
4) Ocena indywidualna (BCA): do „baa2” z „baa3”,
5) Długookresowa ocena ryzyka kontrahenta (CR Assessment): do „A1(cr)” z „A2(cr)”.

Jednocześnie Moody’s potwierdził krótkoterminową ocenę ryzyka kontrahenta (CR Assessment) na poziomie „P-1(cr)”.

Rating agencji Moody’s dla ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. nie jest ratingiem na zlecenie i jest nadawany na podstawie publicznie dostępnych informacji.

Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 roku (Rozporządzenie MAR).


	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

	2018-03-23 Report No. 15/2018: Ratings update by Moody’s. The ING Bank Śląski Management Board (“Bank”) communicate that on 23 March 2018 the rating agency Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) updated the Bank ratings. The following ratings were upgraded: 1) Long-Term Deposits rating: to “A2” (perspective “Stable”) from “A3” (perspective “Positive”),2) Short-Term Deposits rating: to “P-1” from “P-2”,3) Adjusted Baseline Credit Assessment (Adjusted BCA): to “baa1” from “baa2”,4) Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA): to “baa2” from “baa3”,5) Long-Term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment): to “A1(cr)” from “A2(cr)”. At the same time, Moody’s affirmed the Short-Term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) at “P-1(cr)”. Moody’s rating for ING Bank Śląski S.A. has not been commissioned and is assigned pursuant to publicly available data.
