| Na podstawie art. 62 ust. 8 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej [...] Kierownictwo KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. ("KOV" lub "Spółka") informuje, że w Kanadzie za pośrednictwem systemu SEDAR zgodnie z wymogami prawa kanadyjskiego przekazane zostały stosowne umowy zawarte przez KOV w latach 2005-2012. Trzy z nich, tj. umowa kredytowa z EBOR, umowa kupna AED South East Asia Ltd. oraz umowa dotycząca zmiany warunków umowy pożyczki z Kulczyk Investments S.A., zostały zawarte po debiucie KOV na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., a informacje o nich zostały przekazane przez Spółkę odpowiednio w raportach bieżących nr 32/2011, 58/2011 oraz 50/2012. Pozostałe cztery umowy, tj. umowa operacyjna dotycząca bloku L, ugoda z Bumico Sendirin Berhad oraz Integra Mining (B) Sendirin Berhad, umowa o wspólnym udziale w przetargu z QAF Brunei Sendirian Berhad oraz umowa konsultingowa z Uniconsult Middle East, zawarte zostały w latach 2005-2007 oraz opisane w Prospekcie Emisyjnym Spółki sporządzonym w związku z pierwszą ofertą publiczną akcji KOV na GPW w 2010 r. Title: Information filed with SEDAR Legal basis: other regulations Content:Pursuant to Article 62.8 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering [...]the Management of KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. ("KOV" or "Company") informs that in Canada via the SEDAR system and pursuant to the Canadian regulations were transmitted agreements concluded by KOV in 2005 -2012. Three of them, i.e. the loan agreement with EBOR, the purchase agreement AED South East Asia Ltd. And the agreement on amendment to the terms of the loan agreement with Kulczyk Investment S.A., were concluded after the KOV has been listed on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”).The Company informed about the above agreements, respectively, in current report No 32/2011, 58/2011 and 50/2012. The other four agreements, i.e. Operating Agreement covering Block L, Deed of Settlement and Release with Bumico Sendirian Berhad and Integra Mining (B) Sendirian Berhad, Joint Bidding Agreement with QAF Brunei Sendirian Berhad, Consulting Agreement with Uniconsult Middle East were concluded in 2005–2007 and discussed in the Company’s IOC prepared in connection with the IPO of KOV on the WSE in 2010.
