| MOL AnnouncementMOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Public Limited Company, meeting the rules set in Clause 54 (9) of Act No. CXX/2001 on capital markets hereby publishes that MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital markets participants that MOL reached a new milestone regarding INA transaction as on 18 May 2009 the European Commission has approved unconditionally the Amendment to the Shareholders’ Agreement signed by and between MOL and the Government of Croatia on January 30th 2009.
