PHOTON ENERGY N.V.: Photon Energy files listing application for the Prague Stock Exchange

Photon Energy N.V. today announced it had submitted an application for the listing of its shares on the Free market segment of the Prague Stock Exchange, in addition to the NewConnect segment of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company noted that no additional shares would be issued, nor capital raised through this listing. The listing application is subject to review and approval by the Prague Stock Exchange.

Legal basis: § 5 ust. 1 point no.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative Trading System".
