Zarząd Ronson Europe N.V. z siedzibą w Rotterdamie, Holandia ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, iż Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy ("Zgromadzenie", "ZWZA"), które odbyło się 30 czerwca 2014r., powołało Pana Peter Dudolenski na członka Zarządu. Pan Peter Dudolenski zastąpił Pana Israel Greidinger, reprezentującego do dnia ZWZA w Zarządzie Spółki jednego z wiodących akcjonariuszy, spółkę ITR 2012 B.V. kontrolowaną przez Global City Holdings N.V. Uchwała weszła w życie z dniem jej podjęcia.

Pan Peter Dudolenski od 2011 r. pełnił funkcję dyrektora generalnego i prezesa zarządu Global Parks Poland Sp. z o.o. a od 2014r. pełni funkcję Prezesa Zarządu Global City Holdings N.V.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. 1 pkt 21 Rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Subject: Appointment of the Member of the Board of Managing Directors The Management Board of Ronson Europe N.V. with its registered seat in Rotterdam (the “Company”), hereby informs that during its session of 30 June 2014 the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GM”) adopted resolution appointing Mr. Peter Dudolenski as a member of the Board of Managing Directors. Mr. Peter Dudolenski replaced Mr. Israel Greidinger who had been representing until the date of AGM one of the major shareholders of the Company - the company ITR 2012 B.V. controlled by Global City Holdings N.V. The resolution is effective the date of the meeting. Mr. Peter Dudolenski had been the chief executive officer and president of the management board of Global Parks Poland Sp. z o.o. since 2011, and since 2014 has been the Chief Executive Director of Global City Holdings N.V. Legal basis: § 5 section 1.21 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
