| Wobec wymogu art. 62 ust. 8 ustawy o ofercie publicznej [...], zważywszy, że akcje SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka” lub „Serinus”) są notowane są na rynku AIM w Wielkiej Brytanii, Kierownictwo Spółki informuje, że poza Rzeczpospolitą Polską przekazywana jest informacja o wpłynięciu do Spółki w dniu 31 października 2023 r. zawiadomienia od Xtellus Capital Partners INC (NY, USA), przygotowanego zgodnie z regulacjami AIM w Wielkiej Brytanii. Zgodnie z treścią zawiadomienia Xtellus Capital Partners INC jest posiadaczem akcji uprawniających do 4.888.487 głosów w Serinus, stanowiących 4,36% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce. W zawiadomieniu wskazano, iż data przekroczenia progu implikującego obowiązek jego złożenia to 30 października 2023 r. Przed zmianą Xtellus Capital Partners INC posiadała akcje uprawniające do wykonywania 3,03% z ogólnej liczby głosów w Serinus (raport bieżący nr 29/2023). Wskazany w zawiadomieniu łańcuch podmiotów sprawujących kontrolę obejmuje kolejno Xtellus Partners LLC i Xtellus Capital Partners INC. The reporting threshold was crossed/reached on 30 October 2023 as indicated in the notification.
