Zgodnie z treścią zawiadomienia Xtellus Capital Partners INC jest posiadaczem akcji uprawniających do 9.210.000 głosów w Serinus, stanowiących 8.2% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce. W zawiadomieniu wskazano, iż data przekroczenia progu implikującego obowiązek jego złożenia to 2 stycznia 2024 r. Przed zmianą Xtellus Capital Partners INC posiadała akcje uprawniające do wykonywania do 8.338.486 głosów, tj. 7,43% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce (raport bieżący nr 33/2023). The reporting threshold was crossed/reached on 2 January 2024 as indicated in the notification.
