Sopharma AD, bought 6149 shares, representing 1,31% of the capital of Maritzatex AD and as a result of this transaction Sopharma AD has crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Maritzatex AD and now owns 6,01% of the capital of the latter.

The date of registration of the transaction with the Central Depository is June 18, 2012.
