	We would like to notify that in interest of its shareholders Sopharma AD will initiate dividend payment of the voted on the AGM held on 2 June 2017 dividend of 0.10 BGN earlier than planned on 24 July 2017. The persons eligible for dividend are those present in the register of the Central Depository 14 days after the date of the AGM, i.e. 16 June 2017. In accordance with the Regulations of the Central Depository, the dividend shall be paid out as follows: for shareholders with client accounts at an investment intermediary – through the investment intermediary, for shareholders without accounts at an investment intermediary - through the branches of Eurobank EFG - Bulgaria AD /Postbank/ in the country.
