Pia Piasecki in Kraków office project
The Kraków Business Park building located in the Zawierzów district will be handed over at the beginning of next year. It is being developed by Pia Piasecki.
Artur Staniszewski of investment advisors and estate agents CB Richard Ellis says that work on the class A building will begin in May although half of it is already fully let to Prokom.
CB Richard Ellis will also manage the property once completed.
Kraków Business Park is the first of a series of buildings that will stand on the 14 hectare site.
Artur Staniszewski said that the project will be divided into eleven stages although the market will dictate what is built. He expects interest to be large owing to the proximity of the A4 motorway and Kraków airport. Potential tenants include companies from the technology and finance sectors. It may even be possible to attract companies from outside the region and even from Warsaw where life is a lot more expensive.
