Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Bartimpex, Poland's gas giant headed by Aleksander Gudzowaty, is trying to receive to contracts in the Middle East. Two contracts in Iraq worth USD 300 million (EUR 225 million) each consist in infrastructure investments in energy sector.
artimpex hopes also for export contracts signed with Lockheed Martin worth USD 700 million. Aleksander Gudzowaty critisised the operations of PGNiG, state-owned gas giant, which forced his company to stop the gas-line Bernau-
Szczecin project. PGNiG and a German gas distributor are preparing a competitive project in the same region.
