Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – In January, three refineries from Southern Poland, including Czechowice, Jaslo and Glimar, and exploratory company Petrobaltic will be merged with Grupa Lotos, Poland’s second fuel company. ‘The Treasury Ministry ordered the management of Grupa Lotos to organise shareholders’ meeting, which will be held on January 14th at the latest’, Krzysztof Zyndul, Nafta Polska CEO said. He also confirmed that the IPO of the enlarged company would be held in the second half of 2005, probably in September.
