Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The Treasury Ministry has announced a tender to find an advisor at the privatisation process of PZU insurer. Offers may be submitted till December 9th. The ministry needs to know the evaluation of the company’s value, recommendation how to sell its stock, preparing issue prospectus and international documents concerning the offer of PZU shares. The winner will prepare and conduct selling the insurer’s shares in Poland and abroad.

Meanwhile, the court case has been going on since September as the arbitrary court in London, in which Eureko, the Dutch investor of PZU, accused the Polish government for violating the Polish-Dutch agreement concerning investment protection. The representatives of Eureko claim that they were promised by the Polish authorities to be sold a further stake in PZU. The Polish government denies.
