Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) Prokom will provide additional services for PZU, Poland¹s biggest insurer worth PLN 24m (EUR 6.2m) till August 2006, the company said in an communiqué. The agreement is signed till 2008 but there are no amounts given after 2006.
The remuneration later will depend on the scope of services rendered, Prokom said.
Shares of the IT company have been growing for several days now. Analysts explain this situation with newly signed contracts. Prokom said it had signed a big contract with PZU worth PLN 200m and several medium-sized agreements, including telecommunication and IT network for the police.
Companies belonging to Prokom group, including Spin, ABG, Comp and Koma are also signing new agreements.
