The company will not manage to get out of the red this year, but it seems that its fourth quarter results are very positive. Karen will generate income and instead of lowering the group?s results, it will help improve them, Jacek Studencki said.

Therefore, Techmex, the listed geographic information system company, will try to sell Karen Notebook again. Last year, it was trying to do that but wrong financial results disturbed such a transaction.

No decision has been made yet but we consider such a solution, Jacek Studencki added.

It may happen within two years. Techmex bought 51.5 percent of Karen three years ago when the latter was on the verge of bankruptcy. Techmex paid PLN 0.4 a share. Even today they are traded two times higher.
