The industrial development agency, Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu, has opposed a motion passed at the last AGM of brewers Carlsberg Okocim. It is possible that the agency, which is the second largest shareholder of the company, may not take some of the bonds due to it a forthcoming issue.
