The supervisory board of Bank Społem, which is currently under emergency management, has reported the emergency managers to the administrative court claiming that they are bringing the institution further to the edge of extinction. The effect of this could be the bankruptcy of Gwarant, the shareholder of the smallest commercial bank in Poland. The emergency management has denied the accusations.
