W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 15/2025 z dnia 19 maja 2025 roku, Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) niniejszym informuje o wejściu w życie umowy inwestycyjnej ze Spółką MATRIX MEDIA Sp. z o.o. – właścicielem sieci sklepów Samsung na terenie Polski.

Na mocy zawartej umowy, ASBIS nabył sieć 13 sklepów stacjonarnych Samsung Brand Store, zlokalizowanych w Polsce.

Cena nabycia ww. sieci sklepów wyniosła 10.000.000 Euro.

Źródłem finansowania transakcji są środki własne ASBIS.

Nabycie sieci sklepów Samsung Brand Store jest elementem strategii Grupy ASBIS tj. rozwoju sieci sklepów premium.

Message:

In relation to the current report no 15/2025, dated 19th of May 2025, the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”) hereby informs that an investment agreement with MATRIX MEDIA - the owner of the Samsung Brand Store chain in Poland, entered into force.

Based on the signed agreement, ASBIS purchased the chain of 13 stationary the Samsung Brand Store located in Poland.

The purchase price was EUR 10,000,000.

The acquisition was financed from its own ASBIS funds.

The abovementioned acquisition of the Samsung Brand Store chain is an element of the ASBIS Group's strategy, i.e. development of a network of premium stores.
