| Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg ("the Issuer") announces that TASkombank (Ukraine) has increased credit lines for the Issuer's subsidiaries to a total of UAH 522 million (USD 18.5 million). Credit lines are multi-currency (hryvnia / US dollar) and are valid until the end 2024. The purpose of increasing the credit lines is to refinance foreign currency debt and, if necessary, replenish the working capital of the holding companies. Increasing the credit lines is another element of the strategy of securing the Issuer against currency risk and production development. |
