	The Board of Play Communications S.A. (“the Company”) hereby reports that on 27th of July 2017, P4 Sp. z o.o. and Orange Polska have signed an annex to the national roaming agreement. The annex introduces changes to the current agreement, primarily by changing the agreement from a PAY-AS-YOU-GO agreement to a firmer cooperation with financial commitment against certain volumes of the traffic. The annex covers the period from July 2017 until June 2021 and the financial commitment from P4 Sp. z o.o. to Orange Polska is PLN 321m spread over the four years period. National roaming is used to cover the more rural parts of Poland and this agreement supplements other national roaming agreements to provide the widest service available to PLAY’s customers.
