Board of PROKOM Software SA announces:
1. Annual Report for year 1999:
ˇ Annual report will be announced on the 28th of April 2000;
ˇ Consolidated report will be announced on the 15th of May 2000.
2. Quarterly reports will be announced according to the following schedule:
ˇ For the 4th quarter of 1999 the report will be announced on the 14th of February 2000;
ˇ For the 1st quarter of 2000 - on the 5th of May 2000;
ˇ For the 2nd quarter of 2000 - on the 4th of August 2000;
ˇ For the 3rd quarter of 2000 - on the 6th of November 2000;
3. Consolidated semi-annual report will be announced on the 29th of September 2000.
