Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Hyperion will issue 2-8m new shares to raise at least PLN 20m (EUR 5.1m). The prospectus is almost ready.
On April 10, the GSM of Hyperion the telecom operator offering video and voice transmission as well as internet access, will decide to raise the capital through an issue of new shares to be sold in an IPO. Hyperion will issue 2-8 shares of B series worth PLN 1. Today, the capital of the company consists of 6.475 shares.
“The issue prospectus is nearly ready. I believe we will submit it to the Securities and Exchange Commission after the April GSM”, Grzegorz Leszczynski, the CEO of IDM brokerage organizing Hyperion issue, said.
In his opinion, it is very probable that the IPO will take place in June. Hyperion had planned to raise PLN 30m for its investment projects, i.e. the acquisition of smaller rivals to increase its clients’ base. The company has already earned PLN 10m in a bond issue.
Hyperion had promised to have PLN 1m of net income in 2005 and it kept the promise. This year, the result is forecast to improve rapidly. Tomasz Gajdzinski, Hyperion CEO said it would be several fold higher.
