Eldorado will be destroyed and a new hotel with 300 rooms, swimming pools, conference halls, a spa, etc. will be built.

“This will be our best hotel. It’s going to be our biggest investment financed mainly with a credit. First guests will be held in July 2011”, Wojciech Kudera, Interferie CEO said.

Early next year, Interferie wants to get building documents, in the third quarter conclude design documentation and till the end of 2009 choose the construction company. Construction works should be started in January 2010 and last 18 months. Interferie will delay its project in Szklarska Poreba in the mountains when it is going to develop its Bornit hotel.
