Pernod Ricard may get Polmos Poznań
It would seem almost certain that the French Pernod Ricard will receive exclusivity in the privatisation negotiations for Polmos Poznań. The French are prepared to pay around USD100m for the company — some thirty percent more than it is worth — although Pernod Ricard seems to think that it is a good deal.
