Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Bank Millennium signed an agreement to transfer its liabilities from FSO to 'Ukraińska Korporacja Samochodowa', Ukrainian car company. According to it, Bank will receive USD 8 million till 8th October.
FSO was due to pay back PLN 20 million until 30th September. FSO couldn't manage to do it and is negotiating to postpone payment for the next three months. If this part of debt isn't paid, FSO will break the agreement with debtors. If so, 50-per cent FSO's debt reduction will be cancelled.
