Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Polish producer of condoms announced last week that it will buy 16 mln EUR debt of german Condomi and its subsidiaries.
Condomi is going to buncrupt as last financial year it showed 20,9-mln EUR loss. The company has problems with cost of row materials and capital cost as it has unpaid loans taken for expansion abroad. Unimil is considering the situation as acquisition opportunity. At the moment Unimil is able to buy the Condomiand and replace german company in a capital group. After acquisition Unimil will be able to produce 900 mln condoms a year.
