Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - A few months ago, Air Polonia, polish low - cost airline, planned to open routs from Warsaw to Moscow for the winter season. Today it is obvious that it is impossible because Russia don't want to approve this offer.

According to the conditions of bilateral, Polish - Russian agreement about airlines communication, third airline can operate

the route when two previous can not transport all the passengers.

Polish side claims, that such a situation take place, Russian side denies. So far between Warsaw and Moscow PLL LOT and Aeroflot have operated. Third airline, especially low-cost one, could improve the situation of passengers so Poland will negotiate additional connection ones again.
