Today the survival or extinction of the new Szczecin shipyard — Stocznia Szczecinska nowa — will be known. Shipyard workers have threatened to stop production despite all that has been done for them and the renewal of work.
The new Szczecin shipyard was founded six weeks ago but workers are demanding payment from the old company and work for all. The new yard has not yet had time to reorganise production and buy the necessary equipment.
