| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 24/2021 z dnia 16 grudnia 2021 r. oraz nr 25/2021 z dnia 16 grudnia 2021 r., Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”, „Spółka”, „Giełda”) informuje, że wobec istotnych zmian w otoczeniu rynkowym strony porozumienia Term Sheet postanowiły o niekontynuowaniu współpracy o której mowa w wyżej wspomnianych raportach bieżących. W konsekwencji przedmiotowy Term Sheet wygasł 30 września 2022 r. Towarowa Giełda Energii zamierza rozwijać rynek instrumentów finansowych i w związku z tym jest na etapie wyboru centralnego kontrpartnera w zakresie rozliczeń na rynku instrumentów finansowych. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i Dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/82/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L Nr 173) („Rozporządzenie MAR”). |

(“GPW”, “Company”, “Exchange”) announces that in view of significant changes in the market environment, the parties to the Term Sheet have decided not to continue the cooperation referred to in the aforementioned current reports. Consequently, the Term Sheet expired on 30 September 2022.
