Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Qumak-Sekom wants
to give its shareholders at least 30 percent of its income which last year
amounted to PLN 8.4m (EUR 2.3m).
Qumak-Sekom IT company wants to pay out dividend from last year’s income. A
dividend will also be paid for 2008, according to Pawel Jagus, the company’s
CEO. Last year, Qumak-Sekom had PLN 8.4m of net income against PLN 4.73m a year
earlier. Sales rose from PLN 163.1m in 2006 to PLN 208.8m. This year, the growth
dynamics should be similar.
The company gave also some details concerning its orders. It has orders worth
PLN 187m, including PLN 140m for this year. There is a project for Malta
shopping mall in Poznan worth PLN 13.5m and for ZUS social insurance company
worth PLN 19.8m. The biggest contract provides server for Onet portal worth PLN
68.5m. This is going to be the most advanced and second largest server in
Pawel Jagus said that his company may acquire a firm this year. Qumak-Sekom
is ready to finance a transaction of up to PLN 10m with its own funds. If the
acquisition costs more, the company may issue new shares.
