Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The homebuilder from Warsaw will be listed in September. Dantex assures that the delay won’t affect its investment plans.

There is yet another company from the homebuilding sector which has decided to wait with its debut on the WSE.

“We are shifting the IPO for the beginning of September. We hope that the situation will be much better than today”, Piotr Wislicki, Dantex deputy CEO said.

He explained that homebuilding companies are not perceived well today.

“The situation is getting stabile but we’re afraid that Dantex’s evaluation will be lower than its real value”, Piotr Wislicki believed.

Financial authorities KNF have approved of Dantex’s issue prospectus in the middle of May. The company wanted to raise PLN 110m for its investment program worth PLN 555m planned in the years 2008-11.

“The investment plans won’t be delayed because the offer is shifted. What will be adversely affected, is the bank of lots”, the deputy CEO added.

The majority of the funds raised on the WSE were supposed to be spent for this purpose. After the IPO, Dantex is going to start operations in Wroclaw, Lodz or Trojmiasto.
