Items of the consolidated statement of financial position were translated at the average EUR exchange rate announced at the balance sheet date by the National Bank of Poland, which at 31.12.2018 amounted to PLN 4.3000, at 31.12.2017 PLN 4,1709. The items of the consolidated statement of profit or loss and the consolidated statement of cash flows were transalted into EUR at the rate being the arithmetic average of the average exchange rates set by the NBP for EUR on the last day of each month, ie January through December. For the presented reporting periods, it is PLN 4.2669 and PLN 4.2447 for comparable data.

Correction of the Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018 The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Issuer", "the Company") refers to current report No. 15/2019 of 13 May 2019, reports corrected Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018. The subject and nature of the correction made were indicated in the current report No. 15/2019 dated 13 May 2019. Legal basis: § 15 section 4 in relation with §71 section 1 point 7-8, §71 section 1 point 12, §71 section 5 in relation with §70 section 6 point 5 let. l of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”).
