TelForceOnce stops acquisitions

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The listed distributor of mobile accessories exceeded its sales forecasts by 25 percent.

TelForceOne distributing pre-paid products of the majority of Polish mobile operators (excluding Era) may exceed its 2007 forecasts, preliminary estimates show. According to them, sales amounted to PLN 121.4m (EUR 33.9m) against PLN 51.1m a year earlier. Forecasts amounted to PLN 107.9m. The net income forecasts has not been changed by the company and still amounts to PLN 9.2m.

“We will publish official results in February. It looks like that it’s better than planned. This is the effect of last year’s investments”, Wieslaw Zywicki, TelForceOne deputy CEO said.

Last year, the company acquired, among others, the Czech-Slovakian group CPA running similar business. This year, the Polish group consisting of 14 entities, is not planning further acquisitions.
