Zarząd spółki Cl Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że na dzień dzisiejszy, tj. 9 marca 2022 r., szacuje iż około 1,8% skonsolidowanych przychodów Grupy Kapitałowej CI Games S.A. w 2021 roku ze sprzedaży pochodzi z terytorium Rosji i Białorusi. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, że wstrzymał sprzedaż produktów Spółki na terytorium Rosji i Białorusi.

Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 7 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR).

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that it has suspended the sale of the Company's products in the territory of Russia and Belarus.
