W nawiązaniu do komunikatu giełdowego nr 37/2011 z dnia 29 grudnia 2011 r. oraz komunikatu giełdowego nr 02/2016 z dnia 25 stycznia 2016 roku, Zarząd spółki Agora S.A. ("Agora") informuje, że w dniu 28 kwietnia 2016 r. wskazany w komunikacie z dnia 25 stycznia 2016 r. termin 3 miesięcy, w ciągu którego spółka G.C. Geek Code była uprawniona do sprzedaży jej udziałów w kapitale zakładowym GoldenLine sp. z o.o. na rzecz Agory (w przypadku braku uzgodnienia zasad współpracy pomiędzy Agorą, a G.C. Geek Code), został na mocy porozumienia zainteresowanych stron przedłużony o kolejne 3 miesiące, do dnia 25 lipca 2016 roku.

Podstawa prawna: artykuł 56 ust. 5 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych.

	Update of the regulatory filing no 2/2016 published on 25th January 2016In connection with the regulatory filing 37/2011 published on December 29th 2011 and 02/2016 published on January 25th, 2016, the Management Board of Agora S.A. (“Agora") hereby informs that on April 28th, 2016 the deadline of 3 months indicated in the regulatory filing dated January 25th, 2016 during which the company G.C. Geek Code was entitled to sell its shares in the share capital of Goldenline Sp. z o.o. to Agora (in case there is no agreement on principles of cooperation between Agora and GC Geek Code) was prolonged on the basis of agreement between the parties by 3 consecutive months, that is till July 25th, 2016.
